The Ruko Triathlon 2010

Ruko Conservancy Lake Baringo is planning a TRIATHLON event for February 2010 to raise awareness of the Conservancy and local community issues.

The Triathlon will consist of a number of teams, each comprising 3 members; a runner, a cyclist and a rower.
